2019, I suffered a head injury that changed everything. When prescription medication failed to bring relief, I turned to Traditional Chinese Medicine and natural herbs. It was in those plant-based remedies that I finally found healing. That experience became the seed for Blue Garden Apothecary — a Canadian-made brand born from the belief that sharing my story could help others on their own paths to wellbeing.

Over these past few years, we’ve formulated natural plant based herbal tea blends and self-care products designed for people who’ve made a conscious decision to prioritize their wellbeing. Our recipes are formulated with taste while offering functional benefits. Many of our blends are versatile enough to be enjoyed hot in winter or iced in warmer months — wellness that fits all needs.

As a conscientious consumer and lover of our planet, sustainability is non-negotiable for us. All Blue Garden Apothecary teas and self-care products are made with natural, biodegradable ingredients and packaged in recyclable materials to minimize our carbon footprint.
